* 2 cups water for boiling the quinoa
* ½ teaspoon ginger chopped finely
* ¾ cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans, tomatoes & onions)
* 1 to 2 green chili chopped or slit
* 1 tablespoon ghee
* 1 teaspoon urad dal (optional)
* 1 pinch hing or asafoetida (optional)
