Mixed Sprouts Salad

This is a very simple and delicious salad. It is rich in fibre and antioxidants, which can be made in 5 mins.

Ingredients:

  • Sprouted Moong & Matki (Sprouts are rich in fibre, Vitamin B, C, folate and protein)
  • 1tsp Olive oil
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Cabbage
  • Red bell pepper
  • Yellow bell pepper
  • Crushed peanuts 
  • Pomegranate
  • Black Raisins (3-4 cut in small pieces)
  • Chia seeds (1tbs)
  • Rock salt to taste
  • Lemon
