Ingredients:
- Sprouted Moong & Matki (Sprouts are rich in fibre, Vitamin B, C, folate and protein)
- 1tsp Olive oil
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Cabbage
- Red bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Crushed peanuts
- Pomegranate
- Black Raisins (3-4 cut in small pieces)
- Chia seeds (1tbs)
- Rock salt to taste
- Lemon
