Recipe:
Ingredients:
•1 cup chopped Ash Gourd (Safed petha)
•1 medium-sized Amla (Indian gooseberry), chopped
•1-inch piece of Ginger, peeled and chopped
•4-5 Bel Patra (Aegle Marmelos Leaves), washed
•¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
•4-5 leaves of Holy Tulsi (Holy Basil), washed
Instructions:
1.Wash and chop all the ingredients as required.
2.In a blender, add chopped Ash Gourd, Amla, Ginger, Bel Patra leaves, Black Pepper, and Holy Tulsi leaves.
3.Blend all the ingredients together until you get a smooth consistency.
4.If the juice is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
5.Once blended well, strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer or a cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
6.Pour the juice into a glass and serve fresh.
7.Consume this detox juice on an empty stomach in the morning for maximum benefits.
