Hummus is super nutritious and packed with Plant-Based Protein. It is very easy to make once you have all the recipes ready. Here is a simple ingredients for hummus commonly available. Add chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, a cup of home made curd, a tsp of mustard oil, salt, pepper, and a bit of water into a food processor and process until smooth.
