Ragi Vegetable Chila

This is a great option for breakfast. Where Ragi also called Finger Millet or Nachni is loaded with calcium and proteins, helps in controlling diabetes and Anemia and is great for weight loss!
I have combined and mixed Ragi, Semolina (Suji)and fresh curd with indian spices. I have also added lots of vegetables to it like carrot, onion, capsicum, tomatoes, ginger and green chillies. You can use 2 tsp of ghee to heat it on the pan. You can have this with green chutney and 5 almonds to make this a complete fulfilling and wholesome breakfast which is extremely healthy and tasty!
